2021 YLP Selection Process

 

Every year, a team of dedicated and dynamic young people is selected to partake in our young Leaders Program (YLP).

The YLP has been a flagship training program between FES Ghana and our local partner, the Youth Network for Human Rights and Democracy (You-Net) since 2003.
This year, the selection process for YLP started on 22/02/2021 and lasted for three days. We received a little over fifty (50) nominations and applications this year. Participants are either nominated from the various political parties in Ghana or apply directly to the foundation. The selection process was in two categories: (a) essay writing and (2) selection interview.
