Working Visit to the Office of the President and Vice President of Ghana to strengthen democratic partnership

FES Ghana has a strong commitment to inclusive growth and has worked closely with various governments and institutions

FES Ghana has a strong commitment to inclusive growth and has worked closely with various governments and institutions - Trades Union Congress, Parliament of Ghana, NGOs, and political parties (especially the NDC) – for more than 55 years. To reaffirm this ongoing collaboration, we paid a courtesy call to the Office of H.E John Dramani Mahama and H.E Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang.

The meetings highlighted the positive impact of the FES Ghana training programs (Women in Politics and Young Leaders Programme), which empower women and youth to participate meaningfully in political spaces and leadership roles.

We discussed further possible engagements to strengthen Ghana's democracy, gender justice, and meaningful youth participation, and we are confident in our continued cooperation to advance shared goals.
